What are the fees for our on-call babysitting service?
We have a $75 registration fee for 3 months, or $200 for one year. (No Charge for the 1st two bookings).
For members we charge a $15 daily agency fee. This fee is charged each day the nanny works for you. Overnight stays are an additional $10 per night. The nannies are paid directly by you and make $14 per hour and up. During the holidays our on-call babysitters charge $20 - $25 per hour. Also, it is harder to find an on-call babysitter during certain holidays.
Member Fees: (includes in home consultation)
Annual Membership Fee: $200
Daily placement Fee: $15 per day
Overnight placement Fee: $30 for a 24 hour period
*Holiday placement Fee: $10 additional charge
Once a booking has been confirmed with a specific provider the agency fee is non-refundable.
All same day cancellations require full payment of provider fees to be billed to the client's credit card.
Nanny Wages:
$14/child + $2 each additional child per hour .
Infant care $15.00 (under one year of age).
(four hour minimum per day)
$5.00 mileage fee.
Clients are responsible to pay hourly wages and mileage fee directly to the Nanny.
Nanny/Sitters graciously accept gratuities.

Please do not book directly with the on-call providers to avoid them getting doubled booked. Booking an on-call provider for his or her services without our knowledge will lead to the termination of your agreement with our agency.
In the event of an unforeseen emergency involving an on-call provider that requires him/her to miss work, Kids 1st will not be held responsible for their absence.
Client is responsible for payment of entire original booking to the Nanny, even if the booking is cut short. Cash or checks are the accepted forms of payment and paid directly to the Nanny.
All holidays are billed at time and a half. Holidays include: New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

In most cases we are able to use fully qualified nannies that have registered with us for permanent jobs. These nannies often have full-time positions during the week and are looking for additional hours in the evenings or on weekends. Or, they may be out of work at the present time and are doing on-call work until they begin work in a full-time position. Backgrounds completed, CPR, Trustline.
On-Call Nanny Service
Families that use our On-Call service choose one of two options:
Membership or Non-Membership.
Member families receive certain benefits: priority status, the ability to request specific nannies, and access to overnight and On-Going care.
Booking fees are collected by credit card or check and paid directly to the agency.
Non-member Fees:
(proof of residence or Hotel registration required)
Daily Placement Fee: $20 per day
Overnight placement Fee: $35 for a 24 hour period
*Holiday placement Fee: $15 additional charge
